Attaching photos in the forum?

Can someone please tell me how to attach photos in the forum - i've tried, and tried and tried but it's not working for me

I've attempted to load to the gallery without any success,but use chose File / download I've not tried Chromebook.

this is what they say to use but for me photobucket worked good
and instead of using "host an image" use the one next to it "insert an image" and url for photobucket.
