Hey Fabian, welcome to MxBF!
Image hosting is up and running.
To use it, select the 6th icon from the left. (When hovering over it with the mouse, it will say "Host an Image".)
There is no video hosting on the site, for video you will have to post them to YouTube and link from there. For download options on the video, you can use a site like FileDropper.com, RapidShare.com, or MegaUpload.com so that users can download it.
Please go ahead and edit your posts with the pictures you wished to include.
