Reed Valve Kit - Rock Solid Engines - 80cc, 70cc, 66cc, 60cc, 48cc,
Just ordered two of these CNC machined reed valve kits from Rock Solid Engines.
Compared to the Arrow Motorized Cycles reed valve kit, they look like a much better designed item; much more compact and have it in spades in the looks factor.
Check it out on their website:

My installation pictorial is here:

Re: Reed Valve Kit - Rock Solid Engines - 80cc, 70cc, 66cc, 60cc, 48cc,
It is a very well designed item although its equivalent flow area is equal to a 15mm carb which is fine for a 48cc but a bit limiting for a 69cc. For high performance the Arrow reed valve is probably better although I haven't tried it. The extra compressible area it gives lowers the crankcase compression ratio to lower than low so I don't know how detrimental that is to the high rpm power. But it has a large flow area.
